🧱 Main functions:

– Detailed analysis of projects and specifications.
– Cost control, monthly certifications and billing supervision of suppliers and subcontractors.
– Time and resource planning throughout the work cycle. – Purchasing management and forecasting of project needs.
– Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

🎯 Requirements:
Degree in Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering (ITOP, ICCP, or similar).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the execution of public and private building works
Demonstrable experience of at least 10 years in works management with a PEM of more than € 10,000,000.
Knowledge of the Law on Public Sector Contracts and basic training in PRL.
Mastery of tools such as BIM, Revit, Autocad, MS Project, Presto, Cype, ERP, SAP. Driver's license and availability to travel.
